ABOUT THE BRAND

KOLYA BOGATYREV is a Berlin-based fashion project working exclusively with existing garments and materials. The brand operates within a circular system where clothing is not treated as a finished product, but as a continuous process of transformation. Founded by Ukrainian designer Kolya Bogatyrev, the practice is rooted in upcycling, reconstruction, and material recontextualization. Each piece carries a history and is reworked to extend its lifecycle, challenging the conventional notion of production and consumption in fashion. The aesthetic language combines deconstruction with refined silhouettes, where visible seams, layering, and altered proportions become tools for storytelling. Rather than following trends, the brand explores themes of renewal, memory, and the tension between destruction and creation.
