ABOUT THE BRAND

Kasia Kucharska is a Berlin-based brand, founded in 2021. The reinvention of traditional craft and technology-driven manufacturing techniques build the core of the design philosophy. With a focus on new ways of making garments and special attention to sustainable and conscious manufacturing techniques, Kasia Kucharska is pushing the boundaries of conventional fashion design. The brand prints garments instead of sewing them, introducing an intelligent twist while questioning what it means to be confident and sexy today. Instead of focusing on silhouette making, Kasia Kucharska’s approach is based on process ideas and on finding new technologies and techniques for traditional craft.

ABOUT THE COLLECTION

For Fall/Winter 2026, designer Kasia Kucharska drew inspiration from the lived experiences of women, such as care, motherhood, vulnerability, and how these qualities shape identity and resilience. The collection frames fragility not as weakness, but as power, and is an ode to the complex and powerful spectrum of femininity. Known for her intricate and innovative work with latex, the material remains central to the collection. The designer uses liquid latex more like a printing medium rather than a fabric, which allows the garment to be grown layer by layer instead of being traditionally sewn. The color palette is intentionally restrained and features milky whites, skin-like beiges, deep blacks, and muted pastels. These tones are references to domestic spaces, while also allowing the material itself, its shine and thickness, to become the main visual language. Silhouettes move between protection and exposure, from cocooning shapes to second-skin pieces and sculptural volumes that sit close to the body.
