ABOUT THE COLLECTION

The latest collection by Ukrainian menswear fashion label Viktoranisimov is inspired by the designer’s recent work on a capsule wardrobe for President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, a figure under global scrutiny. Several silhouettes – most notably uniform-style jackets – are integrated into the collection with minimal adaptation. The central image is a figure in black, standing amid the ruins of a building destroyed by a missile – not as a dramatic gesture, but a quiet recording of the present condition. And yet, Viktoranisimov’s showcase leaves space for hope and a belief in a future that grows from ashes. The collection includes 36 looks, built on principles of layering, transformation, and architectural precision. Each look can be worn separately or combined. Signature elements include wrap shirts, long tunics with open hems, crop tops, and transformable shorts that turn into skirts in motion. Cargo trousers with voluminous pockets and leggings add to the utilitarian style. Main materials such as linen and linen-viscose blends evoke the texture of medical gauze and bandages, referencing both physical and emotional recovery.

ABOUT THE BRAND

Founded in Kyiv in 1997, VIKTORANISIMOV is a Ukrainian menswear brand that merges functional and utilitarian design with modern elegance. Inspired by military uniform heritage and minimalist architecture, the brand reimagines utility through contemporary silhouettes and certified sustainable materials. In 2024, Anisimov designed the official uniforms for Ukraine’s Paralympic Team, followed by a formal wardrobe for President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in 2025. Entirely produced in-house in Kyiv, the SS26 collection reflects a new visual code of resilience shaped by wartime realities.
